5. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, models, and other materials developed by United Corporation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using our intellectual property without prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
United Corporation is committed to providing high-quality services, but we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.

All client information shared with United Corporation during the course of a project will be treated as confidential. We agree not to disclose such information to third parties without the client’s prior consent unless required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
United Corporation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
